Resting heart rate
Walking heart rate
Sleep records and hours
Motion and activity data

How We Use Your Data

All health data accessed by Stress Level is:

Processed locally on your device only
Never stored by our app
Never transmitted to our servers or any third parties
Never shared with anyone

The app fetches your health data from HealthKit each time you use it, processes it locally to calculate your stress level, and displays the results. No data is retained by the app after processing.

Data Collection

We do not collect any personal data. Stress Level does not use analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or any other data collection services. The app operates entirely offline and does not communicate with external servers.

Data Security

Since all data processing happens locally on your device, your health information never leaves your device. We rely on Apple's built-in security measures for HealthKit data protection.

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

You can revoke HealthKit permissions at any time in your device settings
You can delete the app at any time, which removes all local data
Since we don't collect data, there's no data to request, modify, or delete from our servers

Third-Party Services

Stress Level does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks. The app uses only Apple's HealthKit framework for accessing your health data.

Children's Privacy

Stress Level is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13, and since we don't collect any data, this is not applicable to our app.
